Shades of Blue season 3 episode 9 video: Will Harlee survive Stahl?
But, before we get around to a point where everything can start to settle, there is going to be even more chaos. There are two major storylines at the moment commanding a great deal of attention, and each presents their own threats.
Intelligence – In particular, you can look towards Ramsey as the Big Bad here. He’s a guy with a great deal of influence and control, and on this past episode (read our full review of it here) he showed Woz in a pretty clear fashion that he is reasonably immune to much of the stuff that he tried to throw at him. This should be an indication that if Woz wants to take him down, he’s going to have to get creative. Also, we don’t think Ramsey is above doing anything that he deems necessary in order to stop Harlee and Woz in their tracks. They have to really prepare, at this point, for pretty much whatever it takes.
Stahl – For Harlee in particular, Stahl is an unparalleled threat given that he has the capacity to cause a tremendous amount of trouble and chaos in the blink of an eye. He’s also obsessed and relentless — there’s really nothing else on his mind, and it’s hard for Harlee to compete against this sort of obsession. You are going to see that play out in a big way throughout this episode, leading to a violent confrontation near the end. The promo below gives you a pretty clear indication of that.
No matter what happens, rest assured that it is going to carry over to an epic series finale that (hopefully) is going to tie together many of the series’ loose ends.
