Take Two episode 9 preview: How did Eddie leave the LAPD?

Do you want to know more on the subject of how Eddie left the LAPD? If so, then Take Two episode 9 could very well be right up your alley. This is an episode entitled “Shadows of the Past” that feels like the perfect compliment to tonight’s “All About Ava.” That episode felt like a great opportunity in order to better understand Sam’s early days as an actor. Now, we are getting a better understanding of some of Eddie’s days as a cop, including why he chose to leave the LAPD in the first place. It may not have been the easiest part of his life, but it is something that has made a very big imprint in who he is as a person.

Below, the Take Two episode 9 synopsis does a good job of making it clear just what the upcoming episode could ultimately look like:

Called to a murder scene in the middle of the night, Sam and Eddie are shocked to find that the man who had just hired them to find his missing wife is the most recent victim of a serial killer. Knowing that their client’s case must be related to his murder, Sam and Eddie race to uncover the twisted motives behind the killings with the desperate hope of finding his still-missing wife alive, putting the pair directly in the serial killer’s crosshairs. Meanwhile, the investigation stirs up old wounds for Eddie surrounding his contentious departure from the LAPD.

Hopefully, throughout this episode Sam is there for Eddie while they also work on the larger case at hand. Understandably, one of the reasons why Take Two works is because of the chemistry and the connection that is there between the Sam and Eddie characters. The writers have done a good job of building that up over time to the point where it’s clear that there are some feelings there between them now. The larger question here is whether or not they are going to act on them.
