Fear the Walking Dead season 4 video: Could Alicia go to Alexandria?

Fear the Walking Dead

Is there potential for a Fear the Walking Dead crossover with The Walking Dead proper, one featuring Alicia at the center of it? Well, we do think that there is an interesting possibility of it happening — at least if Morgan has his way.

In the new video below via TV Guide, you can see Morgan making a case to Alycia Debnam-Carey’s character to come with him back to Alexandria, where he wants to head in order to reunite with his old group. If she does decide to go with him, it is an opportunity for her to help a wide array of people. In many ways, Morgan inviting her is a sign of tremendous respect. He understands her skill set, what she has been through, and how she could be used in order to contribute to a larger cause back on the East Coast.

Yet, we don’t think convincing Alicia is going to be an easy thing. Even if she isn’t exactly spending a lot of time with some other living characters these days, she seems to be fairly content in her role and doing what she feels is right precisely where she is. We’re ultimately of two different minds about this in general — the idea of having more of a crossover between these two shows is fun, especially with Debnam-Carey at the center of it. After all, she is the only remaining performer from the pilot still a part of the show! Yet, at the same exact time we like having Alicia being the anchor of the show now is important and we don’t want to see anything that takes away from that. She is the character we’re the most invested in just because she’s been through so much already. We don’t imagine that this is going to change moving forward. We know that we certainly do not want for it to.
