Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: Brett’s unnecessary campaign (day 44, morning)

Brett

Today is day 44 in the Big Brother 20 house, and it is a guaranteed eviction for the first time this season! Remember that with Sam’s power in play, there was always a chance she could play it. Nothing is saving Brett or Rachel tonight.

Overnight, there wasn’t anything that changed when it comes to the vote. The plan here is for Brett to stay in a close vote, unless JC suddenly goes rogue and flips over to evict him. He’s the one cog in all of this that could make things a little bit chaotic, given that he’s always been in the middle of the house and does whatever thinks will benefit him.

Even if Brett thinks that he will stay, he also recognizes that he needs to put on the false pretense of still fighting hard to stick around. That’s why he campaigned hard to Faysal last night, making it clear that he will be a more rational juror and that Rachel is useless around the house and doesn’t help with either the cooking or cleaning. He’s also claimed that he is a physical asset, but to date he has the same exact challenge record as Rockstar, who is often mocked in the house for her lack of competition prowess. There is a part of us that would just love to see the look on Brett’s face if Rockstar wins a competition before he does.

There’s a part of Brett’s hustle that we appreciate, and we do enjoy that he tries to actually make good TV. Yet, he’s also a total jerk sometimes and we still think him trying to embarrass Rachel on her way out is really stupid. She is going to have nothing to lose if he calls her out on live TV and she can expose her whole alliance or worse.

We’ll be back later this afternoon at the link here with one more live feed updates before the eviction show.
