Big Brother 20 live feed spoilers: HoH Competition preparation (day 43, evening)

Big Brother 20 premiere

Tonight, Big Brother 20 is airing a new episode, but for the sake of this update, we actually want to focus more on tomorrow’s episode!

After all, we do have a good sense now as to what the upcoming competition is, and what’s so great about it is that it’s the sort that anyone can win: It’s a memory competition! Earlier today, the houseguests were given various pictures to study and, on the other side of that, they will probably have to answer questions about them. We’ve seen some players study, and even some like Rockstar and Scottie study together.

Now, let’s be clear about one thing: Studying is bad television and we hate watching it. If Rockstar wins Head of Household, it’s one of the few scenarios where we can see Tyler being in danger if he plays his power wrong or opts not to. Meanwhile, Scottie probably needs to do something to solidify some allies since nobody really trusts him … though most of that isn’t really his own fault. He’s just not in a good spot since he doesn’t have any super-close allies and he’s an easy scapegoat.

Ultimately, though, one other question we wonder here is this: Are people really going to be gone even if they are evicted? While Allison Grodner wouldn’t confirm anything in our most-recent weekly interview, we do think that the show has to have some sort of plan to compensate for Kaitlyn leaving the game. (Note: we have weekly interviews with Grodner every Friday!)

Of course, we just want there to be an HoH that will cause some chaos since this was a fairly boring week in the game.
