Elementary season 6 episode 15 spoilers: ‘How to Get a Head’

Elementary season 6 episode 12

There are a number of different things to like about Elementary season 6 episode 15, but let’s kick things off here with the title. “How to Get a Head” has to be one of the more playful ones this season, and ironically it would have been very much appropriate for that episode earlier this season in which Sherlock found himself in the possession of a severed head.

Yet, there is so much more to this episode beyond the name, and some of which may not be as exciting since it could end up bringing Detective Bell closer to saying his goodbyes to the team. We first learned earlier this week that he would be gearing up to join the Marshals, and at least at the time this episode airs come August 12, this is still going to be a plan.

Below, the Elementary season 6 episode 15 synopsis offers up a little bit more information in regards to what you can expect:

“How to Get a Head” – Holmes and Watson’s investigation into the murder of a religion professor puts them on the hunt for a killer connected to the occult. Also, Holmes and Watson curate a list of potential replacements for Detective Bell when it looks likely the officer will be asked to join the U.S. Marshal Service, on ELEMENTARY, Sunday, August 12 (10:00-11:00, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

The idea of learning Bell’s replacement this season would be a surprise development for sure, but we also do wonder if at some point during this process Marcus actually determines that he would rather be with the NYPD and decides not to take off, after all. We do think that this is a reasonably possibility based on everything that we know with this show.
