Grey’s Anatomy season 15 set to have love as a central theme
After all, TVLine reports that the upcoming season of the ABC series is going to be themed very much around the concept of love! Granted, that’s still a rather-ambiguous subject given that love can mean so many different things. After all, you’ve got romantic love, familial love, or even the love for a certain aspects of your career or a friendship that you may have. Love can ultimately be a lot of different things to different people, and trying to pin down the abstractness of the term is really one of the most interesting challenges that the Grey’s Anatomy team has moving into the upcoming season.
With that being said, though, we have a hard time thinking that Krista Vernoff and company would label the story ahead as “The Season of Love” unless they really were planning to explore romantic love in some way. Think in terms of Meredith, whose romantic life is always in question, or what’s going to happen with Owen and Amelia in the midst of Teddy’s arrival and her big pregnancy reveal.
Filming for Grey’s Anatomy is set to kick off as Camilla Luddington recently expressed, the show is actually doing some more exterior work in Seattle like they did last year. That adds another layer of authenticity, and then to go along with that you have to be prepared to see plenty more hospital drama. Even with a different theme or work being done in another city, Grey’s Anatomy is never going to venture all that far from what its central concept is. There’s no reason to after so many years of success, so no need to worry there.
