Hawaii Five-0 200th episode: Danny Williams will be involved
In a new post on Twitter, show executive producer Peter M. Lenkov noted that we will have a chance to see Scott Caan as a part of this episode, which is coming up over the course of the up coming season. While on the surface you would think that this is a given, we do understand why there are some fears here and there about it. Caan appears in the vast majority of the show’s episodes, but occasionally misses one here or there as he spends time with his family in Los Angeles. One of the production challenges that does come with a show like Hawaii Five-0 is that some within the cast don’t actually live out in Hawaii, and that can mean a rather extensive amount of travel and as Hawaii Five-0 teaches us on a weekly basis – Family is most important. We here at CarterMatt truly understand this sentiment since we are a family run business and family comes first for us too.
We personally do hope that the 200th episode has some rather enormous stories for both Steve and Danny, given that they are the two stalwarts of the franchise and have been around since the very beginning. They’ve seen the show evolve from a franchise that was thought mostly of as a remake into something that lives and breathes in its own right. We’d love for the 200th episode to be a little nostalgic and stuffed full of surprises — while also giving us a few different clues here and there as to what the remainder of the season could look like. Of course, there’s a part of us that wants to dream that there could be another 200 episodes coming on the other side of this, but we don’t want to get too far ahead of ourselves yet. For now, we’re grateful to have made it to this point in the series and hope that there is going to be at least one or two more seasons beyond season 9, which is premiering on CBS this September.
