Wynonna Earp season 3 episode 2 promo: The search for Waverly

Want to know what’s coming up on Wynonna Earp season 3 episode 2? Based on the promo released by Syfy, things are going to pick up not too far from where they left off at the end of this past episode.

In the closing minutes of tonight’s episode, we saw Waverly captured. With that in mind, next week’s installment is going to be focused in part on seeing if it is possible at all to save her from this fate. (We feel like things will work out … how could they not this early in the season?)

Regardless of what happens with this story, it is clear that there are a lot of different things going on this season. The Nicole Haught shocker in the premiere established a like between her and the Cult of Bulshar that she certainly does not want; nonetheless, there is still quite a bit worth exploring here. Beyond that, there’s also all sorts of good, emotional stuff to mine through when it comes to the relationship between Wynonna and her mother. She is probably going to learn a little bit about herself in the process of spending time with her mother — we’re down for a few good emotional scenes, so hopefully these live up to some of the billing.

Beyond all of the drama, be prepared to see a little bit more of what you love about the series, whether it be comedy, romance, or just some badass action sequences. Of course, the writers have quite the challenge ahead for them in trying to top the crazy party sequence that we saw with many of the characters “waking up” from their spell.
