Wynonna Earp season 3 episode 2 return date: The demon’s big reveal

Wynonna Earp season 3 trailer

Want to know when Wynonna Earp season 3 episode 2 is coming on the air? Be prepared to wait a while! Though, to be fair, it’s not anywhere near as long as how long you had to wait for season 3 to actually begin.

Tonight, US viewers were blessed with the premiere episode a little bit early, but moving forward into next week, the series is back in its typical timeslot on Friday nights. Episode 2, which carries with it the title of “When You Call My Name,” is going to be airing on Friday, July 27. This installment is one that you certainly won’t forget about anytime soon, largely because there are a lot of ambitious, daring things that could be happening in it.  Expect some surprises (many of which Bulshar-related), and then also expect some devastation. With this particular show, a wide array of different emotions often hit you at once.

Below, the Wynonna Earp season 3 episode 2 synopsis offers up some other news when it comes to what lies ahead:

The demon who cursed the Earp heir reveals himself in a shocking turn of events that will leave the team forever changed.

Cryptic, no? Clearly, Syfy doesn’t want to give you much, but we don’t think that they really need to in order for you to be entertained. This episode is an essential one — we like to think of premieres as being the episodes that throw you back into the world. Meanwhile, episode 2 is devised to really throw you into what the entire season is going to be about. This episode is going to be necessary, but also exciting. It’s also recommended live viewing to help boost both the ratings and the live-tweet numbers. You do want to get Wynonna Earp renewed for another season, right?
