Wynonna Earp season 3 premiere: Ready for the early launch?
Just in case you did not know, Syfy is actually airing the first episode on Monday at 11:00 p.m. Eastern time after a Harry Potter movie event. That’s a way to get excited a little bit early about what’s coming up this season; beyond just that, it’s also a chance to start to get some good ratings almost right away. While we know that Syfy absolutely loves this show, at the same time it does still need viewership and we’d like to see the live+same-day ratings rise over the course of the next year or so.
Just in case you needed another reason to be excited about the premiere, know this: Per Syfy Wire, the series should be introducing soon the character of Mama Earp, played by Megan Follows, at some point during the premiere. That does make a good bit of sense, largely due to the fact that she was set up as a major part of the story back at the end of season 2. There are plenty other surprises and guest stars coming, so rest assured, we’re going to have a lot of exciting stuff to discuss over the weeks/months ahead.
Remember that the premiere episode in the event you don’t see it tomorrow (or want to just see it again), is going to be replayed on Friday night in its standard timeslot at 9:00 p.m. Eastern time.
