Snowfall season 2 episode 1 spoilers: Where is Franklin’s journey going?

Snowfall season 2

Are you ready to get Snowfall season 2 episode 1 on the air now? The good news is that the folks over at FX aren’t keeping it from you too much longer. The crime drama is back for another batch of episodes come Wednesday, July 19, and for at least the immediate future, they are going to show you the continued construction of Franklin’s new life — at least before we inch ever closer to what could end up being the destruction of it. One of the things that we have come to expect with many shows in this particular genre is a near-constant spinning of the wheels. At one point, everything seems to be moving along okay; however, eventually characters change to the extent that they are no longer really able to deal with their new environment. This is often what leads to their downfalls, and this is certainly what we imagine is going to be coming up here before too long.

Yet, let’s not get too far ahead of ourselves — who knows? Maybe Snowfall actually changes the game and ends Franklin’s story on top. FX has handed out the season 2 episode 1 synopsis already, and you can check that out below:

Franklin struggles to keep up with the demands of his growing organization. As political tides shift, the CIA cuts Teddy’s support, as he travels to recruit a new pilot. Feeling pressure to expand her business, Lucia crosses a line to impress a dangerous new partner. Written by Dave Andron; Directed by Dan Attias.

If you want more of a reason to be excited, we suggest to watch the new teaser promo below, given that this really does an exceptional job of setting the stage for some of the drama and violence that could be coming up. This is a violent, brutal show and that isn’t changing.
