Animal Kingdom season 3 episode 6 promo: Is someone dying?
Is Nicky dying? That’s something that the promo below certainly seems to suggest. This is coming after she’s had a serious identity crisis as of late, pondering over her future and feeling abandoned. Her relationship with J is also far from being the best that it’s been, and with Billy around, we still don’t quite know what that guy is capable of. In general, all signs point towards this being a crazy season and we’re certainly intrigued to see how crazy it could get from here.
The thing you should be worried about is that if Nicky does die over the course of this upcoming episode, who could be next? We already lost Baz at the start of the season, so Animal Kingdom could be really showing that nobody is safe by opting to make some sort of additional move here with a cast departure.
Now that we have spelled all of this out, though, we do want to say this: We would be sad if the character is killed off. While we certainly understand that she’s not the most-popular character on Animal Kingdom, we do think that she provides an interesting counterpoint on life for the Cody boys. She didn’t have the same upbringing as them and with that, she is able to see the world in a way that they do not.
Remember that no matter what happens, it’s probably still just scratching the surface on what this season could offer given that there are many more weeks still to come. That means more opportunities to shock you, especially if Billy sticks around and the tension rises between him and Smurf — and that’s without them being in the same room.
