When is Madam Secretary season 4 heading to Netflix?
The first thing that we should note here is that the first three seasons are already on there, so if you missed an episode here and there, you’re going to have opportunities to check some of those out. As for season 4, Erich Bergen makes it clear that it will arrive on the streaming service in the US come July 1. That’s plenty of time before the show’s likely premiere in September / early October, and with that, we imagine that there are going to be plenty of chances for everyone to catch up … and hopefully become live viewers in the future. Given the ratings for season 4, we do think that Madam Secretary is at a point right now where it needs just about every live viewer that it can possibly get.
As for what you can look out for in season 4 (if you haven’t seen it already), there is a shocking departure within the first part of the season that may catch you off-guard. However, on the other side of that there is the arrival of Grey’s Anatomy alum Sara Ramirez in a role in Kat Sandoval that should be very appealing. Beyond all of this, the season looks at everything from what it means to be a reporter in 2018 to trying to establish denuclearization with a formidable enemy. It’s a great season with a lot of diverse storytelling and one that raises some big questions in regards to Elizabeth’s future. This could set up a great story for season 5 depending of course on what the producers decide to do moving into this particular batch of episodes.
