Jersey Shore Family Vacation season 2 premiere date hopes
Let’s begin here, though, with a rather-simple reminder that there will, in fact, be a second season of the MTV series. Not only was it first renewed many months ago, but filming is actually going on right now! Las Vegas is the setting for the new season, and there have already been many headlines about what’s coming up — especially in terms of Ronnie and some problems with his ex Jen Harley.
Now, let’s fixate now on the premiere date. Given that filming is underway now, it’s feasible to imagine a situation in which the series airs its new episodes later this fall; if not then, Jersey Shore Family Vacation could premiere in the new year. It’s easy to see MTV filming and airing two seasons a year for however long the cast continues to want to do this.
Back when the original Jersey Shore first fell apart, it seemed like one of the causes for it was that everyone wanted to go off and do some of their own things. At this point, though, we think that many of them realize that they are all collectively better together than they are apart. Therefore, it only makes sense to continue to see many of these people doing things together. Moving into the future, we would like to see the series start to bounce around feature the characters even more outside of their element — maybe that means moving Jersey Shore Family Vacation into something that has a little more of a travel component. We do think that if it relies solely on the partying, it’s going to get old all over again. Focus more on what makes these people shine when they’re drinking, mostly because there’s going to be a time when they want to do a little bit less of that.
Hopefully, MTV will announce a firm Jersey Shore Family Vacation season 2 premiere date in the months to come.
