The Originals season 5 episode 10: The path ahead, and what’s still left

Is The Originals season 5 episode 10 new tonight on The CW? Obviously, we wish that it was given how much story is left to tell. We need answers on Vincent’s future after Ivy, Freya and Keelin’s engagement, and of course on whether or not Klaus, Elijah, and Hope can ever look like something resembling a family again. There are so many questions with this series that are still in need of answers and it would be great to have some.

Unfortunately, we’re still in a position where we don’t have new episodes for a little while. There is no new episode of The Originals tonight and, to make matters worse, there is no new episode coming up in one week’s time, either. You’re going to be stuck waiting until you get around to July 11 to see some more of what’s coming up. When that happens, you could see some potential battles among the factions, coupled with some important potential breakthroughs among many of the characters. We know that Candice King is going to be stopping by as Caroline for some more appearances and the odds are pretty high that there will be more death.

What we personally consider to be the most interesting thing about The Originals season 5 at the moment is that despite everything that is going on this season, there is no one person that you can point to and say with 100% confidence “that person is the Big Bad.” There is actually a little bit of debate on that subject and we do think that this is actually rather exciting. We like that this season is much more about the characters and while there are adversaries, they aren’t taking away from some of the relationships or the story going on around them.

Rest assured, we will have more news on this episode as we deal with what is likely the last hiatus for The Originals as a series. Who else gets a little sad thinking about that? While you wait for more of the story, be sure to head over here for a few details.
