Salvation season 2 episode 2 preview: Creating a calm

Salvation season 2 episode 2

Moving into Salvation season 2 episode 2, one of the key themes we are anticipating is going to be the hopes for peace. In the wake of the public having full knowledge of events to come, the pressure is on in some very different ways than it was before. This will require a tremendous amount of cooperation in order to stabilize, which is why Darius and Grace are going to have to pull out all of the stops. While we know that this is the sort of show that packs in a lot of action and intensity, it feels like moving forward that diplomacy is going to be just as valuable as anything else. This episode should serve as a larger foundation to whatever is coming up, and we’re excited to see some more of this journey unfold.

The Salvation season 2 episode 2 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below offers up some more information regarding what’s coming:

“Detente” – Darius and Grace must forge an emotional détente in order to get international cooperation. Also, Liam meets a new scientist with a mysterious past, on SALVATION, Monday, July 2 (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

When it comes to the story of Salvation, it feels fairly clear how the story is tracking and where it could lead. Yet, when it comes to its performance this year, that’s still one of the great unknowns. Throughout the weeks to come we’re coming to be coming your way with more articles all about the ratings of the series, including what this means for the future. The first season averaged a 0.5 rating in the 18-49 demographic last year, and it probably does need to come close to matching that to have a shot at season 3. It doesn’t have the wiggle room for year-to-year decreases the same way other shows do.
