Instinct episode 13 (finale) spoilers: The story of ‘Tribal’

Instinct episode 1

Instinct episode 13 marks the final episode of the season — but luckily, not the final episode of the series. CBS already renewed the Alan Cumming series for a second season, and that batch of episodes could be rather different depending on what happens over the course of next week’s episode. Shows often do shake things up slightly in between seasons, and we do think that this is something that could very well happen here too.

For now, here’s what we know about Instinct episode 13 — the title is “Tribal,” and based on the synopsis, there are going to be several familiar faces from the season stopping by. Also, you’re going to see the continuation of the Dylan – Andy adoption story that was first introduced a little bit earlier this season.

For more news, be sure to check out the Instinct episode 13 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below:

“Tribal” – Dylan and Lizzie investigate the murder of Joan’s (Whoopi Goldberg) protégé, Kristy (Paton Ashbrook), uncovering long-buried secrets worth killing over. Also, Dylan and Andy apply to adopt a child, and Lizzie’s reliance on Julian’s illicitly obtained information puts a promotion in jeopardy, on the first season finale of INSTINCT, Sunday, July 1 at a special time (9:00-10:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

One possible change that we could see for season 2 is Dylan and Andy as parents, at least based on what happens with their application. Beyond just that, we also wonder how big of a time jump there is going to be between seasons, especially since the second batch of episodes probably is not coming on the air until 2019. We hope that the series does get some more promotion no matter when it airs, and that Whoopi Goldberg continues to be involved in some capacity. We don’t think enough is said anymore about how good of a performer she is amidst everything with The View.
