The Save Shadowhunters movement continues in France
Want to see many of them? Then just search on Twitter for #THOS2. There are so many fantastic photos featuring the cast on there, and they’ve also done their best to promote everything coming up in between Clary’s crisis, Sizzy, Malec, and a whole lot more. One of the best things about Shadowhunters is that there are so many different reasons to love it, and these conventions are a great way to get everyone together in a single place to celebrate the show.
Just in case you want to get a sense of the convention’s scope, we think that the image below via Jade Hassouné really speaks volumes of the passion of every single person in the room. This is one of the reasons why there is such a demand out there for more Shadowhunters — it’s a passionate fandom who will do anything they can to keep the story going for a little while longer. There hasn’t been any word out there as to potential other homes for the show, but at the same time there wasn’t all that much in the way of news out there about the Lucifer revival before it happened at Netflix. Sometimes, negotiations happen under a veil since you don’t want to get anyone’s hopes up in the event that plans fall through.
Hopefully, seeing events like this one in France help to further inspire you to keep the show going — there’s still a battle to come and while we absolutely have faith in the writers to come up with the best ending possible next year for Freeform, why should they have to? Why not dream of a little more story beyond that?
