Timeless and some more behind-the-scenes joy
Is it very much frustrating that we are still waiting for some more news on the future of the show? Absolutely, and we do wish that there was a little bit more information to share in terms of clear facts on the future of the series. NBC is taking their very-sweet time when it comes to announcing the future of the series — we do think that the long wait is a positive sign, but it certainly is a frustrating one at the same time. Why can’t the network just give us a decision? We do think that they will be fairly soon, mostly because at some point cast contracts will expire and they need to figure something out before then.
Below, you can at least get a few new behind-the-scenes teases to help make the wait for more news a little bit easier. In the case of one of them, we’ve got some script pages courtesy of the fine folks at the show’s writers room. Meanwhile, with the other we’ve got a few more behind-the-scenes offerings courtesy of Rufus himself in Malcolm Barrett. These give you a good sense of one more aspect of what it is like working as a part of the series’ set.
Overall, though, the sentiment here remains clear: There are few shows that are as joyful as Timeless, at least when it comes to seeing a cast and crew who seem to enjoy doing the show as much as these people do. That only helps to keep the #RenewTimeless campaign going all the more. To think, there may still be even more behind-the-scenes goodies handed down in the days to come!
