Nashville season 6 trailer confirms surprise pregnancy
Tonight during the CMT Music Awards, the network confirmed during a surprise trailer that in a big twist, Juliette is actually expecting another baby! It’s a big reveal for her not only when it comes to the future of her family, but also where she is currently staying with a super-controlling cult. I would definitely think that if SOMETHING is going to get Juliette away from these people, it’s probably going to be this!
In general, finding some stability and happiness is going to be pretty high on the list when it comes to this character and we certainly hope that she finds that. The same goes some of the other big relationships on the show. Deacon’s been through so much — doesn’t he deserve some sort of happiness with Jessie? I like to think so, though the trailer makes it clear that the ghost of his past (specifically, Rayna) may come back in the final episodes. Relationships have long been at the center of Nashville and for good reason — passion is a big part of the music business, and what better inspiration is there for music than love and heartbreak? Sometimes, it leads to some of the best music — and also some of the most devastating pieces ever craft.
Nashville will premiere on CMT once more Thursday night, and as the episodes continue forward we certainly plan to share more of the latest updates at CarterMatt! Keep your eyes peeled, and of course fingers crossed that Juliette finds her way out of this terrible bind she’s in. She has to think about more than just herself now.
