Wynonna Earp season 3 key art features Wynonna front and center
If you look above (via Entertainment Weekly), you can see a first-look at the intense / awesome art for the upcoming batch of episodes. It’s fairly simple insofar as style goes, but it certainly gets the point across as to what the show’s about, the badass nature of it, and also the premiere date. Sometimes, there’s really nothing else you need to express.
What we know about season 3 is that it shouldn’t pick up too far following the events of season 2, which means in turn that Wynonna is going to be experiencing something that is very much new and unexpected courtesy of her mother’s arrival. Megan Follows of Reign fame will be coming on board as this character, and we’re also going to be seeing some other exciting guest stars including Lost Girl / Dark Matter alum Zoie Palmer. In general, we’re set up to get a rather fantastic batch of episodes complete with more demons, more Wayhaught, and hopefully some more unexpected surprises.
To go along with all of this, fingers crossed that there is a full trailer coming at some point in the near future. We know that there’s one already in existence, and at this point it is really just a matter of time before it arrives for the public to see. Nonetheless, any promotion for Wynonna Earp is promotion we are happy to see — after all, we are working here to get the show renewed for a season 4! That probably isn’t going to happen until after season 3 starts airing, but it never hurts to get the ball rolling on it early.
