Code Black season 3 episode 9 could be especially emotional for Ethan

Code Black season 3 episode 9Code Black season 3 episode 9 on Wednesday, June 20 seems to be considering the show’s pattern of giving you powerful, engaging stories — hopefully, it’s also going to continue another pattern in making us question CBS further for canceling this show. In between both the quality of some of the recent episodes and the ratings that they drew, it’s really feeling all the more like a dubious decision.

The Code Black season 3 episode 9 synopsis that CarterMatt has for you below offers up some additional news on what’s coming up next:

“Only Human” – Rox accompanies Willis and Martin to the funeral of an army buddy of Willis’ brother, and Willis decides to get to the bottom of what happened to his brother’s unit. Also, Max is brought to Angels Memorial with breathing difficulty, and Ariel tells him she loves him, on CODE BLACK, Wednesday, June 20 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

One of the nice things about Code Black is that we are seeing a really nice, really smooth development for some of these different characters. We’ve gotten to know people like Rox and Ariel very well this season, and as things develop we should get a better chance to understand more of their characters and their aspirations. At the end of this past episode, for example, we had a great opportunity to learn about Ariel’s interest in becoming a doctor at some point down the line. This excites us greatly, though with that said there’s a lot more of a journey to be had here before even getting her into a pre-med program. It’s especially sad that so long as things stay as they are, it may prove to be rather difficult for her to even make it to that point.
