NCIS: Los Angeles season 10: Four things we want to see

NCIS: Los Angeles

Following last week’s huge cliffhanger, it’s understandable that you would want to get a little more of NCIS: Los Angeles on the air. Unfortunately, that’s not going to happen. The CBS series is now in the midst of its summer hiatus, which is probably not an easy thing for many out there to swallow given how season 9 came to a close: With some potentially-devastating news when it comes to the team. As of right now Sam, Callen, Deeks, and Kensi’s lives are all on the line after successfully reuniting Mosley with her son — they effectively gave their lives for someone who was ready and willing to throw them under the bus. We felt for what she was going through, but it hardly seems fair all things considered.

Given that the finale clearly left us with a lot to think about, let’s dive into four things that we’ve been thinking about already when it comes to season 10!

1. Everyone is okay – How in the world does that happen? One of the most interesting possibilities here is that Hidoko (whose fate is currently unclear) manages to turn up and with that, save the rest of the team from their perilous situation? It’s either this or, by some miracle, Sam, Callen, Deeks, and Kensi figure out a way to emerge from this explosive situation and save their own lives.

2. Resolution with Mosley – It’s simple — either she needs to change and be more receptive to the team or go, since the relationship she started to form with some of them in the finale may be beyond repair.

3. A Deeks – Kensi wedding – We thought it could happen on season 9, but we’re going to hope that it happens early on in season 10 and that the two come up with some form of resolution amidst their recent conflict. We know that they’re in a rough patch and are tackling serious stuff — they have differing philosophies when it comes to their jobs! Yet, they’re both characters capable of tackling this sort of dilemma and coming up with a solution that works.

4. Sam and Callen move forward – For Sam, we want to see him have closure on what happened with Michelle, something that we thought could have happened with his boat in season 9. Meanwhile, for Callen we want to know more of what’s going on with Anna. This was another story that progressed near the end of season 9 but we feel like there is more story to tell.
