Blindspot season 4 premiere date hopes for Jaimie Alexander, cast

Blindspot season 4

Following tonight’s finale, when could Blindspot season 4 come on the air? That is the focus of this very article!

Let’s kick things off here with a reminder, first and foremost, that there is going to be a season 4 coming up in the future. This was first announced a little bit earlier this month in the midst of a lot of different renewals and cancellations. Things were admittedly a little bit touch-and-go for a while, but in the end NBC seemed to lean towards the Jaimie Alexander series on the strength of its DVR ratings, streaming numbers, and also its story. It feels pretty clear at this point that there is a lot of story here worth telling still and we are very much excited to dive into some of it over the course of the months to come.

Alas, though, we are going to be waiting for a good while to see Blindspot season 4 on the air. As with any NBC show, you are regrettably going to have to wait until the fall — unfortunately, for a Friday night show the wait is a little bit longer than others. NBC tends to start some of their shows off a little bit later for potentially a number of different reasons, whether it be avoiding warmer weather or just wanting to air episodes in larger batches. There is a good chance that you will not see the series until October.

When Blindspot season 4 does air, there are a few interesting things to note. For starters, in the fall it is going to air alongside the second season of Midnight, Texas. That is a show we are very much rooting for but also one that will have been off the air for a rather long time at the time in which it premieres. Ultimately, we hope that it airing next to Halloween and a solid show like Blindspot helps it. In the new year, Midnight, Texas will be replaced by The Blacklist, which is going to air the entirety of its sixth season consecutively starting in January.
