Sense8 series finale trailer is now here, and it’s stunning

Sense8 season 3 movie

Come June 8 the Sense8 series finale is going to start streaming on Netflix and based on the trailer below, it’s going to be a powerful event.

Everything that you love about Sense8 as a series is going to be featured within this finale movie event, from the engrossing story to the striking visuals and broad sense of place. Sense8 is a series that delivers a complete feast for the senses and is different than almost any other show that is out there. That is why it hurts to imagine that the show is coming to a close.

Yet, in so many ways bringing Sense8 back for a grand finale is a huge victory in itself. When the series was first canceled after two seasons signs pointed to it being dead in the water. It didn’t perform well enough for Netflix to want to bring it back, and to go along with that it was too expensive to make in order for it to land a home somewhere else. Yet, fans rallied and with that in mind, we’re getting something that was designed from the ground up as a conclusion to the story. It would be great to have more but this will offer up some closure.

In addition to the trailer below, check out the official synopsis for the movie below:

Personal lives are pushed aside as the cluster, their sidekicks, and some unexpected allies band together for a rescue mission and BPO take-down in order to protect the future of all Sensates.

Hopefully, this trailer at least serves as a nice appetizer while you wait for the main course to come in the form of the actual movie itself. There is a lot to be excited about with it; the hardest part is going to be waiting to see it actually arrive and then also coping with its eventual exit.
