Madam Secretary season 4 episode 22 (finale) preview: A nuclear attack

Madam Secretary season 4 episode 22

Want to know what’s coming up on Madam Secretary season 4 episode 22? It’s the final episode of the season and with that, it’s fair to say that this story is going to be big. There’s a huge international crisis at the heart of it and over the course of this hour, we’re going to see all sorts of events play out that make us wonder whether or not the Dalton Administration is changed forever at the end of it. The subjects being broached in this finale relate to nuclear war and that is not the sort of thing that can be played around with.

The reverberations of what happens in this episode may do just more than change the perception of Conrad Dalton forever; it could end up changing whether or not Elizabeth gets a chance to have a political run of her own moving into the future.

Below, the Madam Secretary season 4 episode 22 synopsis offers up a little more information right now in regards to what’s coming:

“Night Watch” – Elizabeth and cabinet members brace for the fallout at home and abroad as President Dalton prepares for a retaliatory nuclear attack on a country that has reportedly just launched missiles bound for the U.S., on the fourth season finale of MADAM SECRETARY, Sunday, May 20 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network.

Given the fact that Madam Secretary was recently renewed for a fifth season it is fair to wonder if there will be some sort of big cliffhanger here — we don’t necessarily think that this is the sort of show that needs it, but that is something that networks do love to do and there is the architecture in place with this show to create a heck of an epic tease for whatever is going to be coming up next.
