Timeless season 2 episode 8 sneak peek: Will Jiya enter the Lifeboat?

Timeless season 2 episode 8

On Timeless season 2 episode 8, we’re going to get a chance to see something that is certainly exciting: Jiya entering the Lifeboat!

The sneak peek below gives you a small sense of that, but also a little bit of fear given that the last time that the character took part in a little time-travel, things didn’t go all that great. There is understandably a little bit of fear that comes along with her giving it another go, but they installed the fourth seat in the Lifeboat for a reason. They need someone else to come and she just so happens to fit the bill.

Also, it’s pretty clear upon her arrival that Jiya is absolutely thrilled to be a part of the mission — she’s having a good time getting dressed up in the right period garb, though we’ve got a good feeling that some of this excitement is going to be short-lived when the Time Team realizes that there are some other major problems afoot. The title for this episode is “The Day Reagan Was Shot,” and given the time period in which they are in and the historic significance of the day, the easy assumption to make here is that Ronald Reagan is the person the team is meant to protect.

However, they are all going to find out soon that this may not actually be true at all. Instead, the person that they really should be worried about is a younger version of Agent Christopher. They’re going to find that out over the course of the episode, and with that, there are some challenges that arise that nobody ends up anticipating. Get ready for an interesting, dramatic episode that could set the stage for a big finale coming a week from Sunday.
