Blue Bloods season 8 episode 21 preview: ‘The Devil You Know’
For starters, this episode is going to feature more of Bebe Neuwirth! Since her departure from Madam Secretary earlier this season she’s been able to turn in a couple of appearances as Kelly Peterson, and this episode is going to be especially interesting given that she could end up being around Frank once more during a challenging case. The Blue Bloods season 8 episode 21 synopsis has some more news regarding just what is coming up:
“The Devil You Know” – Frank goes head-to-head with a data-tracking company when they refuse to unlock the phone of a terrorist that may hold information regarding upcoming targets. Also, when Erin obtains information about an impending murder from a shady source, she gets Danny and Baez involved, despite the questionable agenda of the informant, and Jamie and Eddie try to locate a woman who kidnapped a newborn baby, on BLUE BLOODS, Friday, May 4 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. Bebe Neuwirth returns as Councilwoman Kelly Peterson.
So why are Frank and Kelly meeting up together? The conversation in the photo above looks reasonably intense, but at the same time you can certainly argue that Frank almost always looks intense. It’s possible that this is for work, but there was a time in which there were hints of a romantic connection between the two…
As for some of the other stories in this episode, it seems as though we’re getting some of the classic struggles for Danny / Baez and Jamie / Eddie. For those of you wanting some more movement on the Jamko front, signs point towards the finale giving you a story where there could raise some questions about their future.
