Code Black season 3 episode 2 preview: Now with a musical number

Code Black season 3 episode 2

What’s coming up on Code Black season 3 episode 2? Let’s just say that this is not exactly what you would expect. We would probably be spending our time focusing here on the medical side of things were it not for a fact that there is a MUSICAL NUMBER coming up over the course of the hour. It isn’t exactly clear precisely why this is happening, but at the same time we’re not all that mad about it. This is a chance to see some of the cast have a little bit of fun and do something a little bit different. (Hey, Scorpion did something similar not that long ago with a musical number of their own.)

Below, the Code Black season 3 episode 2 synopsis gives you a pretty good sense as to what you can expect:

“Better Angels” – Angus and Mario treat a patient who is a self-proclaimed psychic and envisions the staff singing and dancing, seeing beauty amid the chaos at Angels Memorial. Also, Willis and Rox put their lives in danger to rescue a congressman and his staffer from a multi-car accident, on CODE BLACK, Wednesday, May 2 (10:00-11:00 PM, ET/PT) on the CBS Television Network. The cast sings and dances to “Angel of Small Death & The Codeine Scene” performed by John Ondrasik.

We’ll be honest — when it comes to Code Black episode titles we’re rather shocked that this one hasn’t been used before. It’s PERFECT for this show. Also, this episode should give you even more of a chance to experience what the new dimension of the series is with Willis and Rox spending time out in the field. We’re excited to see what’s coming up, but before that we’re also infinitely curious to see some of the ratings are going to be come tomorrow.
