UnREAL season 4 premiere date hopes for Lifetime drama
For now, though, let’s kick things off with a discussion of what exactly it is that we know so far. There is going to be a fourth season of UnREAL coming up in the future, for starters! This was first renewed by the network a little while back, well before the third-season premiere of the series. That was a sign of tremendous good faith after the show got off to an incredible start in the first season only to then hit some struggles in the second. We have always found the show entertaining personally no matter the season, and this one in particular has brought both some interesting ideas and also a great performance from Caitlin Fitzgerald as the female Suitor.
Now, as for when the eight-episode season 4 is going to air, the ball is mostly in Lifetime’s court. It’s going to be ready far before the start of next year if they want to premiere it before then, but they could also wait to put it on during the winter again. There are some notable things about this upcoming season, starting with the fact that it’s going to have some storylines inspired by Bachelor in Paradise and a particularly notable scandal there. Beyond that, Breeda Wool is also going to be returning as Faith, the beloved character who came out during the first season of UnREAL on Adam Cromwell’s season of Everlasting.

One thing that we absolutely do hope is that things turn around in the ratings for UnREAL moving into season 4, given that the ratings fell hard in between season 2 and season 3. The long hiatus, plus the polarizing reviews for the second season, may have both been extremely harmful in hurting the show’s future on the air.
Once there is some more insight out there on the future of the series, we are absolutely going to have that information for you here at CarterMatt.
