Supergirl season 3 episode 16 spoilers: Supergirl, Imra fight Pestilence

Moving into Supergirl season 3 episode 16 airing on The CW next week, one of the things we know is that Imra is looking to stop Pestilence at all costs. That’s one of the reasons why she and Mon-El are in this time period and with that, you have to be prepared to see an epic showdown coming up.

In order to succeed in this question, though Imra is going to need a little bit of help. This is where teaming up with Kara Danvers comes into play. The two characters are going to be doing virtually everything in their power in order to stop Pestilence — though there will be some possible division and blowback in the process. One of the things to remember going into this episode is that these two are both smart, strong-willed people who are each probably going to have their own ideas as to the best way to handle this crisis. As a result of this there could be some clashing out in the field. Hopefully they’re able to figure it out given that the two are probably going to need to work together in order to have even the slightest chance of stopping her.

SUPERGIRL AND IMRA MUST WORK TOGETHER TO STOP THE THIRD WORLDKILLER – Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) and Imra (guest star Amy Jackson) have different ideas on how to stop the third Worldkiller, Pestilence. However, when both Alex (Chyler Leigh) and Winn (Jeremy Jordan) are seriously injured by Pestilence, Supergirl and Imra team up to stop the destruction. Alexandra La Roche directed the episode written by Gabriel Llanas & Anna Musky-Goldwyn (#316). Original airdate 4/30/2018.

As for whether or not Alex and Winn are going to be okay on the other side of the showdown, we’re hopeful — just think about all of the chaos that the two have been forced to deal with so far. As twisted as it may sound, having the Worldkiller claim some injuries could be the best thing when it comes to uniting Supergirl and Imra with a common goal in mind.
