Blue Bloods season 8 episode 20 video: Danny’s deal with a devil

We know that there are many things within the world that could make Danny Reagan’s skin crawl. Working with his archenemy Victor Lugo has to be one of them; yet, this is precisely what he has to do on Blue Bloods season 8 episode 20 on CBS Friday night.

In the video, you can get a reasonably good sense as to precisely how the story is going to progress from here on out. Danny Reagan finds himself in a pretty desperate spot — he is intent on capturing a cop killer, but in order to do that, getting information from Lugo on the subject is going to have to be a top priority. That’s probably not going to be all that easy. Lugo is the sort of guy who is shrewd enough to probably find a way to negotiate himself into a better position using just about every tool at his arsenal. He also loves to frustrate Danny and he could take a tough stance on him here to get what he wants.

No matter what happens in this episode, we have a hard time that we’re nearing the end of the road for Lugo as a character on the show. His impact on some of these characters is far too prominent and with that in mind, we’re almost positive that he will continue to find some ways to cause more problems before we get around to the end of the series — even if he doesn’t return this season. We’re so deep at this point that there may just not be time in order for him to make a prominent reprisal at this very moment.

Elsewhere in this episode, be prepared to see Jamie make some key decisions as he looks towards his personal future in the NYPD.
