Chicago Med season 3 episode 17: Can Dr. Rhodes help Dr. Reese’s father?

What lies ahead on Chicago Med season 3 episode 17? Well, in the aftermath of what we saw on NBC tonight there are many a big story coming — especially in terms of Dr. Connor Rhodes and his attempts to help Dr. Reese’s father. We know that he is awaiting a transplant, and that Sarah has not been altogether willing in order to communicate with him. He hasn’t made matters easier when it comes to his treatment of her; the final few episodes look as though they could be very important to determining the future of their relationship.

Of course, this isn’t the only relationship that is going to be under the microscope given what has transpired with Will and Natalie as of late. Will in particular is going to need to do quite a bit in order to figure out what exactly he needs to do to win over Dr. Manning after the colossal mistake that he made at the bar. What’s not going to help matters here is seeing where the two are at when it comes to a patient on this particular episode. These two characters are going to need to improve their professional relationship, since that even started to crumble before the personal one. There are two different fronts in which these two characters have to figure out, and we are going to have to see precisely where the story goes from here. There aren’t too many episodes still to go, so that is not a lot of time in order for the writers to figure things out.

04/24/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : After a 10-year-old boy is admitted to the hospital, Dr. Manning and Dr. Halstead disagree on how to best handle the boy’s parents. Dr. Rhodes rushes to fix a heart that will be given to Dr. Reese’s estranged father (guest star Michel Gill).
