Who doesn’t love a good music battle? One of the big stories coming up on STAR season 2 episode 13 is going to be about this very thing. Take 3 and Noah Brooks both want a track and they’re going to do just about anything that they possible can in order to get it. What they are willing to do to make that happen should prove to be one of the more interesting aspects of this episode. It’s an opportunity to see some heavy, exciting competition — hopefully, at the end of that we’ll learn a thing or two more about precisely what some of these producers are looking for from their artists in this situation.
This episode (beyond the music side of it) is going to also feature some of these characters getting reflective. With us only being in the second season of the show, this is valuable given that there really isn’t all that much that we know about them. This episode should prove to be a great opportunity to get a little bit more insight on that subject.
Below, CarterMatt has the STAR season 2 episode 13 synopsis for some additional insight regarding what is coming up:
Major competition ensues between Midtown Sound artists Take 3 and Noah Brooks when they fight for a coveted track produced by one of the industry’s hottest producers. Blasts from the past are in full effect when Paola (guest star Alani “La La” Anthony) and Jahil explore their complicated history, Noah and Alex revisit their time together and Derek invites a date to the salon’s reopening celebration in the all-new “Forward (E)Motion” episode of STAR airing Wednesday, April 18 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) on FOX. (LDS-213)
This episode of STAR is going to be, more than likely, a turning point for some of these characters. Take, for example, the battle over the song. If this feud starts to get a little too ugly, is there going to be any way in which some of these people really recover from it? We’re not all that sure that there is and it could be the thing that severs everyone once and for all.
