Wynonna Earp season 3 spoilers: Lost Girl’s Anna Silk to appear

Lucy Lawless

Just in case the news about Zoie Palmer joining Wynonna Earp season 3 was not enough good news for you, how about this to sweeten the pot? Anna Silk (also of Lost Girl fame) is going to be stopping by for a role of her own.

This announcement was made while at Clexa Con this weekend, with the only substantial news about her role being that the character’s name is … Kevin. Does anyone else think of Home Alone almost immediately after hearing the name Kevin? Maybe that’s just us.

Regardless of her role in the story it remains very exciting to be able to see Silk stop by Wynonna Earp — this is a nice gift to fans of Lost Girl and also a nice gift just for anyone who wants to see great performers on a great show. She can bring some more excitement to what is already one of the most exciting shows out there. Wynonna Earp has action, it’s got drama, and to go along with that there are also surprises around almost every corner. There’s also some romance — the relationship between Waverly and Nicole is one of the aspects that viewers love about the show the most.

Ultimately, the best thing that we can say to those of you impatient for more details is that you’re not going to have to wait all that long. New episodes of Wynonna Earp season 3 are slated to start airing on Syfy this summer; hopefully within the weeks ahead, we’ll start to get a little bit more in the way of some footage. One of the other recently-announced guest performers for this season is Megan Follows of Reign fame, and she is going to be taking on the role of Wynonna’s mother. Every performer is essential in their own way in furthering along this crazy, exciting story and there are a lot of wonderful actors coming on board this season.
