Suits season 7 episode 11 video: Mike and Harvey deal with the fallout

Moving into Suits season 7 episode 11, there are many different crises at the heart of the story — with one of the biggest ones revolving around what happened to Jessica at the end of the first half of the season. We ended up seeing the character be disbarred by the State of New York, a direct action of some of what Mike chose to do.

How serious were these consequences? If Jessica was still a practicing attorney in New York, we’d say that it would be devastating to her. Yet, in this particular instance she’s not even in New York anymore. She’s in Chicago. She made the move that she wanted to make and was more than fine to make it in the process.

Yet, none of this seems to be stopping Mike from beating up himself — and that is the subject of the new sneak peek below. In this preview you get a pretty good sense of just what is going on in Mike’s head — and also some of the tension that is clearly here between himself and Harvey. Harvey tries to talk him down but he is not ultimately ready to hear it.

Ultimately, though, one of the things that we know about Harvey is that he’s always got another plan and such is the case here yet again. With this particular case, though, his plan seems to be handing Mike a new case and with that, trying to distract him. This is certainly a clever move on his part, but it’s also one made out of necessity. Alex Williams needs Mike; with that, Mike is probably going to do what he can to help. He won’t forget about what happened with Jessica, but he also has to figure out the right way to move forward.
