Agents of SHIELD season 5 episode 15 preview: General Hale’s intentions

It feels pretty fair to say at the moment that Agents of SHIELD season 5 episode 15 is going to be a pretty important episode of the show. After all, this hour could be the one that really establishes what much of the rest of the season is going to feel and look like! There are a lot of different priorities that “Rise and Shine” is going to check off, with one of the most important ones being trying to get a better understanding as to precisely what General Hale’s finale endgame is. This, in turn, should set the stage for what some of SHIELD is going to do in order to try and stop Hale for good. This isn’t going to be easy but we have a feeling that the team can do almost anything that they put their mind to. They’ve already taken on SO many threats already — what’s one more coming in their direction?

This past episode generated a 0.5 rating and slightly over two million viewers, which is really about what we expected from the show on Friday nights.
