If you are interested in learning the Law & Order: SVU season 19 episode 18 return date leading out of tonight’s new episode, CarterMatt is happy to provide that for you!

Unfortunately, you are going to have a hiatus lasting a couple of weeks between now and when the show returns on Wednesday, April 11, and that seems to be mostly just a function of NBC making sure that they have episodes still to air at the end of the broadcast season. Just be thankful for the Olympics break, given that otherwise the hiatus at this point would probably be longer. There are only going to be two weeks on the air without episodes and then on the other side of that, we will thankfully have an opportunity to see a little bit more of the cases that lie ahead.

There really isn’t all that much that is officially revealed beyond an episode title — “Service” is the name for this installment, but that is a word that can be defined in so many different ways that it could send you down a wide array of different roads. There is a sexual undercurrent to it, or a legal undercurrent if you are talking about jury service. There’s also a military meaning if you are talking about military service. Or, there is of course just the simple concept of providing a service to another person. There are so many different interpretations to this word that it’s hard to pin down just one for this specific episode.

Within the next week we expect some more information to come out regarding this episode. Beyond that, we’re also hoping that there is some more news on a potential SVU season 20 renewal by the time that this series comes back on the air. We want so badly to see the show hit this milestone!
