Scandal season 7 episode 15 spoilers: Can Quinn save Charlie?
Scandal season 7 episode 15 (airing on March 29) carries with it the title of “The Noise.” What does that mean? It’s mostly a reference to chaos and then also trying to control it. For Olivia Pope, that has really been her Focus From the onset of the series. She’s tried to do just about everything that he can to stop the spread of salacious scandals, or at least salacious scandals that end up hurting some of her own clients. It’s about controlling the narrative in the end.
Unfortunately for her, at the moment the narrative is turning out to be very sour for Charlie. He has been arrested for what seems to be the hijacking of Air Force Two, a plot that was orchestrated by Cyrus seemingly to ensure his rise to power. Trying to clear Charlie’s name is not going to be an easy thing to do. Gwen is obviously going to contribute, which makes sense given her personal investment. Beyond that, it’s ultimately going to be either all hands on deck or every man or woman for themselves.

When Charlie is taken into custody for the hijacking of Air Force Two, Quinn is faced with an important choice. Meanwhile, Cyrus is pulling the strings behind closed doors and sets out to recruit Jake to join him on his quest for the White House.
We do not think it is altogether difficult in order to determine why Cyrus would want Jake on his side. Jake has been growing increasingly close to Mellie Grant as of late, and with that, he could be the perfect mole in order to further execute some of Cyrus’ plans. It always helps to have somebody on the inside working to pull the strings to the best of their ability. Jake may not be president, but he is absolutely influential.
As for how Olivia Pope factors into all of this, that is going to be interesting to see given that she is not mentioned in the synopsis at all. Isn’t that interesting given that this show is primarily from her perspective?
