Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 1: About Morgan’s arrival

Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 1

Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 1 is airing on AMC later this spring, and judging from some of the first information out there a big part of the premiere could be about Morgan. It’s already been confirmed that Lennie James’ character is departing The Walking Dead proper at the end of this coming season before hopping over the spin-off. There still aren’t many details out there about the circumstances of how this will happen, other than that it will make a certain degree of sense once you actually get a chance to see some of this story play out.

The one thing that we can say is that Morgan’s arrival onto Fear the Walking Dead is going to lead to some surprising consequences and everything from unlikely partnerships to battles between different factions. For more, be sure to check out the Fear the Walking Dead season 4 episode 1 synopsis below via Bloody Disgusting:

A lone traveler’s wearying journey is interrupted by new acquaintances, some who become friend, others who become foe.

This episode should offer up an opportunity to serve both as an introduction to Morgan and also an introduction to the story of Fear the Walking Dead itself. After all, it is certainly possible that there are going to be some viewers out there who are watching the series for the first time because of the fact that James is now a part of the show — though we’re not sure to what magnitude. After all, this is a franchise that is on a bit of a downturn and needs a spark plug to get things going the right way again. If there is one positive thing that we can say, though, about Fear the Walking Dead, it is probably that the third season of the show was pretty great — it even puts many recent The Walking Dead seasons to shame.
