Chicago Med season 3 episode 14 synopsis teases abduction struggle

Chicago Med season 3

The April 3rd episode of Chicago Med is going to be one of the most intense episode yet. The episode is entitled “Lock It Down.” For more information, take a look at the synopsis below:

04/03/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Tuesday) : After a baby is abducted from Med, Goodwin enlists the help of Dr. Charles and Dr. Reese to find the suspect. Due to the lockdown, Dr. Rhodes must figure out a way to get into the operating room to help perform open-heart surgery. Dr. Manning and Dr. Halstead disagree on the right treatment for a patient.

Obviously an abduction is big, especially since the baby was stolen from the hospital and Goodwin is going to want to solve this case quickly. Goodwin always has the patients’ hearts in mind, but at the same time she was to do what’s best for the hospital. It’s her job and this nightmare could have very serious implications. So she enlists Dr. Charles and Dr. Reese to help her figure out how the abduction could have happened. As a result of all this, Goodwin will put the hospital on lockdown, making the doctors think outside the box on how to treat their patients.

For Connor, this means he will have to think of a way to operate on a patient for open-heart surgery. This will be interesting to watch because ORs are sterile environments in order to keep the patient free from any diseases. So how’s he going to operate? Connor could transform the room the patient is in into an OR. Or he could try sneaking the patient into the OR. Either way, Connor is going to have to think and rely on his colleagues. Also, will he and Ava still have a relationship? At the end of last week’s episode, they kissed. Hopefully next week we will get some more answers on that. Maybe he will recruit her to help him.

Meanwhile, Natalie and Will will once again have a disagreement over a patient. Now what’s different about these two is that when they have a disagreement over a patient they talk it out. Now this could be in the form of yelling, but they talk, which is very important. It speaks a lot to their relationship and it’s nice to see that they understand this. So we are interested in see how they will work this out. The last time Natalie believed Will betrayed her, when in reality Will had in interests in mind the whole time. It will be great to see what they will do this time and how they will continue to grow in their relationship.
