Chicago Med season 3 episode 12 return date: Dr. Charles’ realization

There is going to be a lot of conflict ahead and you better go ahead and prepare for that.

Ultimately, this Chicago Med episode should prove itself to be a fascinating tour through what is going on with some of these characters; however, at the same time there will be some major setbacks. Take, for example, the hospital — hasn’t it been a while since Goodwin had a major storyline on the show? This definitely feels as though it’s the right time.
