Chicago Fire season 6 episode 15: Are Otis, Kidd in danger?

Apparently, NBC has decided that Chicago Fire season 6 episode 15 is going to be the perfect time in which to take out our heart and collectively stomp all over it. This is an episode that will feature some characters in danger, and beyond that this is also going to be an episode that could have a little bit of romance within it. It’s actually the second one airing on the night of March 22 — to make up for all of the hiatuses the network needs to double up here in order to get them all wrapped up by the time of May sweeps.

Below, the Chicago Fire season 6 episode 15 synopsis below has some more news when it comes to what’s ahead here:

03/22/2018 (10:00PM – 11:00PM) (Thursday) : In response to a call involving a residential fire, Otis (Yuri Sardarov) and Kidd’s (Miranda Rae Mayo) lives are suddenly put in jeopardy when gunfire goes off inside the house. Dawson (Monica Raymund) comforts Brett (Kara Killmer) during an especially trying time. Meanwhile, Casey (Jesse Spencer) begins to notice that romance might be going on within the firehouse. Brian Tee, Marlyne Barrett, Jon Seda and Gary Cole guest star. TV-14 V

Obviously, the first thing of note here is the mention of Jon Seda — does that mean Brettonio scenes are on the way? It’s certainly something to consider given that their relationship has already been fairly hot-and-cold already this season.

As for the romance that Casey is starting to suspect, that’s an interesting thing to speculate on given that he would probably already be aware of Brettonio just because of the fact he is married to Dawson — also, Antonio is not a part of 51 so why would he really care? The larger questions here probably exist around someone like Kidd / Severide or even Brett / Cruz if the show goes back in that direction — there aren’t too many other clear possibilities if you’re talking here about pairings that have already been set up and exist solely within the firehouse. No matter what’s happening here, most Chicago Fire romances are interesting just because the majority of the main characters are all so likable.
