Law & Order: SVU season 19 episode 15 is entitled “In Loco Parentis,” and it is airing on NBC in just seven days’ time. What’s coming up? There are a few different things, but many of them are going to trace back to Carisi. He is going to do his part to listen to information from his niece — something that sounds simple but is always important. If you see something, say something; meanwhile, if someone within the SVU hears something, they need to act on it. Carisi is going to do that and we will see just what he uncovers along the way.

For a little more information as to what’s coming, be sure to check out the full SVU season 19 episode 15 synopsis right now:

03/07/2018 (09:00PM – 10:00PM) (Wednesday) : Carisi (Peter Scanavino) opens a police investigation when his niece reports a classmate for sexual assault, and Stone (Philip Winchester) learns there are no perfect witnesses when it comes to sex crimes. Guest starring Susie Essman and Rachel Bay Jones.

The first thing that’s worthy of pointing out here is the guest cast. Susie Essman! Who wouldn’t be excited for Susie Essman? As for Peter Stone, whatever he learn within this episode is going to be a part of his standard-operating procedure moving forward when it comes to the job. There are things that he is going to have to learn steadily over time and how to handle specific witnesses who are a part of SVU investigations. He may be experienced dealing with people on the stand, but this is different. It’s a different location and these are very different sort of people.

The good news is that over the coming weeks, you are going to see Law & Order: SVU really start to build up momentum with a wide array of different cases. We’ve had a lot of hiatuses as of late, so isn’t it nice to get a nice run of new episodes one right after another? We like to think so.
