The Flash season 4 episode 14 video showcases the Fiddler’s powers
This clip offers up one of the best opportunities that we’ve had so far to get some insight on both the story of this upcoming episode and also its notable new bus meta — a country singer named Izzy who apparently can manipulate sound using her fiddler. Hence, the Fiddler. There’s no guarantee that this character is going to be named that on the show, but it does feel that this is a clear reference to the comic-book character.
As executive producer Todd Helbing notes in the new video below, the Fiddler is an interesting character who can manipulate sound — to go along with that she’s an up-and-coming country artist, so that in itself is a little bit interesting. There haven’t been too many meta-humans on The Flash who already had some notoriety prior to having powers unless you want to consider Reverse-Flash / Harrison Wells in season 1 into that mix. This is a character who seems like they will especially be a fun foil for Dibny; expect many a fun moment as the relationship and the dynamic between these two is explored during the episode.
The fear for this Izzy character should be clear: That DeVoe is going to find her and take over her body much in the way that he now has Becky. He’s not only controlling her at present, but he’s also got a full arsenal of powers that make him infinitely more dangerous than any other character Barry has collided with over time.

The mission here for Barry should be two-fold — find Izzy, and then try to figure out how to stop DeVoe from wrecking any more havoc. Unfortunately, he’s not going to have all that much time when it comes to the latter.
