Celebrity Big Brother live feed spoilers: James vs. Brandi; staying the course (day 22, morning)

James Maslow

If you love interesting drama on Celebrity Big Brotherthere’s really one thing that you need to hope for above all else — trying to find a way for some drama with the Veto. The best thing that happens is that either Brandi Glanville wins the Veto or Omarosa wins it and then uses it to save someone. The alliance of James Maslow, Mark McGrath, Ross Mathews, and Marissa Jaret Winokur needs to sweat a little.

As of right now, the house is fairly quiet. It’s pretty clear that the #1 target to leave the game without question is Brandi, just based on house sentiment and the apparent threat that she presents to others. Personally, we think that Ariadna Gutierrez is probably just as dangerous if not more so since she’s more likely to win challenges and is liked by almost everyone … but that’s just us.

The closest thing to a main event last night is that James and Brandi had an argument that was mostly about the same stuff — James being upset about Brandi not treating him nicely, and then Brandi making some reasonably-true statements (she likes James okay when he’s not cocky) only to wash those away by coming across in a pretty combative way. Brandi just can’t get out of her own way sometimes and it’s pretty clear that she and James are never going to be the best of friends. That’s okay — they don’t have to be in order for this show to work.

The Power of Veto Competition will probably happen at some point today so that it gives the crew a little bit of time in order for it to be together for the Friday show. It’s ultimately hard to imagine anyone other than Brandi, Ari, or Omarosa leaving but sometimes crazy things can happen in that house.
