Who won HoH in the Celebrity Big Brother house? We’ll admit that it took us a little bit of time to get re-engaged after the sadness over Metta World Peace’s exit, but here we are. The show must go on!
It was a long wait yet again for the big reveal in the house, but we’ll admit that this one genuinely was surprising: Mark McGarth is now in power! It’s close to the end of the game now, and he’s got an opportunity to make a big more in the coming days. This probably means that James Maslow is safe and he also has a chance to honor a deal that he made previously with Omarosa when it comes to keeping her in the game. She kept him safe; will he do the same?
Right now, Ariadna and Brandi seem like strong possibilities given that Mark and James have a deal with Ross and Marissa — with Omarosa seemingly protected for now, what other choice is there? Things could get a little more interesting if one of them wins the Veto, but they’ve only got one win between the two of them so far. That doesn’t make us altogether confident in their future.
What we do at least like about Mark’s win is that for the first time all season it’ll be great to actually see him with some influence in the game. There haven’t been any two-time HoHs and that’s led to some interesting shifts in strategy.
If you missed it…
There will be a double eviction on Friday night, and that in turn is going to bring five people into the finale! That’s a lot, but this show probably has some sort of crazy plan to make it work. The one danger for Mark now is that he is vulnerable going into the Double Eviction, but who would really target him over some of the other remaining players?
