The Fosters video: See Maia Mitchell, Teri Polo, cast’s Ellen appearance

Fosters videoIn preparation for The Fosters series finale airing later this year on Freeform, Ellen DeGeneres responded this week to a popular social-media campaign to have the entire cast on her show as a means of giving them the best farewell possible. How was it? Think fun, bittersweet, a little emotional, but above all funny. This is a show that is mostly about celebrating things more than anything else and this was no exception to the rule.

There are two different segments that are worth showing off below if you haven’t seen them already — or, if you have, why not watch again?

1. What did the cast take from the set? – This is really a pretty common occurrence for most shows after the series finale airs — they all have a chance to steal things. When it comes to the cast for The Fosters, apparently they pretty much “looted” the set the moment that it was over. After so many years, everyone wants some keepsakes!

It’s also worth noting in here that the series actually filmed on the same lot as Ellen’s show during its run, but their paths for whatever reason never crossed until this show.

2. A game of blindfolded musical chairs – This was just glorious for all of its assorted silliness seeing everyone have a chance to goof off and have a little bit of fun with each other. There are a few different takeaways from this, including that some people are really terrible at musical chairs and that this game is a lot harder than it looks. (To be fair, we’re not entirely sure that everyone was super-competitive during the game, either.)

Arguably one of the best parts of the whole video, though, is Noah Centineo’s dance moves. The dude can groove, in addition to being apparently some sort of musical-chairs savant.
