Celebrity Big Brother live feed spoilers: A possible backdoor plan (day 12, morning)
To us, the most interesting one overnight revolved around Ross Mathews and Marissa Jaret Winokur debating as to whether or not to take advantage of the chance to backdoor Shannon Elizabeth this week, if they’re able, to get rid of one of the best players in the game. Putting her on the block would all but ensure their eviction, but it could also make their own road to the end of the game harder. So long as Shannon and James Maslow are both in the house, there is probably a higher chance that they will be protected. Shannon and James, after all, have already established themselves as pretty enormous threats in the game and forces to be reckoned with. Yet, if Ross doesn’t make a move this week it’s possible that he may not have another chance to do so. There are only ten players and there isn’t all that much time in this season.
Also, add to this that Shannon could win almost any competition that is coming up, given that she is up against such other “contenders” as Metta World Peace, who has talked repeatedly about wanting to quit, and an injured Omarosa. She’s not squaring off here against the second coming of Janelle.
If nominations stay the same, it’s pretty clear that Omarosa goes home over Keshia Knight Pulliam. Yet, is it really that worthwhile to get Omarosa out? She’s not a threat to win, but she is still a shield to hide behind since inevitably Omarosa is going to say and do some terrible things that really aggravate people in the house. She will help to sink her own ship. (If you missed it, Omarosa returned to the house last night after suffering an injury during the Head of Household Competition.)
We anticipate some of these debates coming throughout the day, so there will be more updates at CarterMatt as they start to come out.
